Henley Houses

Creative Design and Structure was approached by a local Developer  to explore the potential for two detached dwellings at a plot they had acquired. The plot is located on the built up limits of Henley-on-Thames in a beautiful setting.  The new dwellings had to sit sympathetically with the existing red-brick houses and take into consideration the protected mature trees on site.

An application was made to South Oxfordshire District Council and through negotiation with the planning officer we were able to demonstrate the lack of impact of the proposal and the appropriateness of the design and gain planning permission.
