Henley House
Creative Design and Structure was instructed to provide Architectural and Structural Design services for a replacement dwelling located in Henley-on-Thames. The existing bungalow was replaced with a 5 bedroom detached house and the design is in keeping with the character and appearance of the site and surrounding area.
An application was made to South Oxfordshire District Council and through negotiations with the planning officer we were able to demonstrate the lack of impact of the proposal and the appropriateness of the design and gained planning permission.
Following the planning and building control approval, we prepared detailed construction drawings with specifications for tendering the works.
The development has been completed.
