Creative Design and Structure were instructed to design a scheme for 4 new dwellings for a local Developer. The site is located in Hungerford, Berkshire and contains an existing detached bungalow. The proposal has been designed to respect and enhance the immediate surroundings and at the same time provide much needed new homes for the local area.
A planning application has been submitted and a decision is expected to be issued at the end of April 2021.
