Mortimer Houses

Creative Design and Structure was instructed to design two new detached dwellings for a local Developer. The site was located in Mortimer, Berkshire to the rear of an operating Public House and was used as the beer garden. This became the site for two new 4 bedroom detached houses with detached garages.

Following the Planning and Building control approval the construction began and the development was completed in November 2020.
